Privacy

The short version

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no cookies. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the booking form and send to us on purpose.

What the booking form collects

When you submit the form on the booking page we receive the name, company, trade, description of what breaks, email address and phone number you entered.

Two technical fields travel with it. If you arrived from an advert, the campaign parameters that were in that link ride along, so we can tell which campaign produced an enquiry. We also record which page you landed on first and the website that referred you, if there was one. None of it identifies you, and none of it is used for anything except knowing which of our own adverts worked.

We use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if it is a fit, to run the call. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. There is no drip sequence behind that form.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms. That means Netlify processes the data on our behalf and stores it on their infrastructure. Their privacy terms apply to that processing in addition to this page.

Netlify’s servers also record standard request logs — IP address, user agent, the page requested — as any web server does. We do not analyse those logs and we do not connect them to form submissions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will delete it and confirm.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what we hold about you
• ask for a copy of it
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is no tracking to consent to: no analytics, no pixels, and not a single request to any company other than the one hosting the page.

One thing is stored in your browser, and only for the length of your visit. If you arrived from an advert, the campaign parameters in that link are held in session storage so they are still attached if you submit the booking form a few pages later. It is cleared the moment you close the tab, it is never read by anyone else, and it is never used to recognise you anywhere else on the web.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
